$100 Minimum in $100 increments. Lenders committing over $10,000 must be validated by WildAxis, Inc., as an “Accredited Investor”
Initial payment begins 12 months from investment date.
Percentage of Borrowers' Gross Revenues from operations, in annual installments.
WildAxis, Inc., shall make payments commencing from the Initial Payment date annually, until Lender receives an aggregate payment that is a multiple of the the initial investment. Rates are subject to change. Contact us for current rate.
Lender and WildAxis, Inc., shall complete WildAxis Revenue Loan Agreement, 1099-INT Information sheet, and Accredited Investor Suitability Questionnaire as required.
