As Vice President, Lance is responsible for providing internal assistance to the CEO & EVP. These functions range from activities with the portfolio of companies, internal auditing, payroll, and other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Responsible for helping the CEO assure the company stays in compliance with both regulatory and statutory requirements while also executing all of the decisions, resolutions and changes put forth by th1e corporations's Board of Directors.
